About the project
Shout-It-Now is a South African NPO providing essential healthcare services to rural communities. The application is intended to streamline the services available on their website, including health consultations, medical examinations, and GBV support. Shout-It-Now connects users to medical professionals through an appointment booking system.
Client needs
The client needed a platform that was easy to navigate, while also communicating trust, clarity and professionalism. For a new platform with a customer base spanning many ages, genders, education and income levels, it needed a cohesive system that was both human and professional. The booking process needed to be fast and intuitive.
Design value
The branding emphasises colourful approachability, simplicity, and empathy. Designing for an NPO allowed me to blend my design skills with purposeful social impact.
Note: This project commenced when I worked at Scrums, but due to lack of funding, was never launched.
